Well im not gg to give either. i will still go to gym and run at the same time. it is sports too yaa know.

27th july, well on this day we celebrate Jai's special 21 birthday. thanks to his baby kim whom actually put together this wonderful event with the help of her friends. i think she really spend a lot haha3. well i specially invited too. i mean duh i need to help kim carry stuffs tool. haha i was bless with warm welcome by kim's mum auntie rose! shes pretty like a rose too. later vince and the rest come in a while. we took a cab to paris park!

wah damn angry lah coz the cab uncle dunno wheres the park? how to go there bla bla bla. .. i think he wants to cheat us with the meter. damn irritating,. kim was mad. theres is this time where he drive us to carpark c instead of d. then he didnt believe us that it is one way., we argue sia. haha

we reached there around 6plus and start to do the setting up.

FATTER LAZIer and I NeeD hELP

well its been almost a month since i didnt work it out. no running no gyming and nothing like exercise. goodness i been having short of breath lately even when im typing this.

i think it is a sign of my body telling me to go and RUN OR GYM. well i have not been done that. i will in a few minutes time. i cant imagine if there isnt anything CALL NS. will all our body rod with the sins we throw down our throat. the stomach which is constantly growing in one big nation.

there is pros and cons anyway. but i want to look good. with 6 abs and big arms. i want to wear polo t nicely. and all this is nothing with exercising. haiz i need my wake up call!!!! someone pls tell me that im growing fat and lazy. i envy those ppl whom are so into sports which is good. they exercise without knowing they do while in sports thus get a beautiful body.

ARGH. i do sound gay but well guys are guys. our ego illums our heart sometimes. and we do envy lot of things about other human beings.guess i will be runing to burn of my fats. i hope i don't get asthma along the way.
